1. How is the fit of the jacket?
The fitting sizes are often given in the product descriptions. If you have any other questions regarding the fitting our hotline is ready to answer them at anytime.
2. How long does the shipping take?
Your goods are shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order when in stock. Shipping usually lasts between 5 and 10 days within Europe and 7-14 days outside of Europe. You will be notified by us if your item is out of stock.
3. How high is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 69 Euros. If one of your ordered articles is out of stock and for this reason your order doesn’t meet the minimum requirements, we will naturally send you the remaining goods
4. How can I pay?
The payment can be made by credit card (MC, VISA, AMEX) or by cash in advance. With cash in advance the shipping will be made after payment has been received. The shipping costs are 21 euros within Europe, 35 euros outside of Europe.
