In our Grandprix Originals Warehouse there is no outlet selling! Please visit our stores in Duesseldorf, Stuttgart and Frankfurt or visit us at our fair stands! We are annually at approx. 15 fairs and events in Germany and Europe. (see events)
Your ordered goods are sent within 48 hours after ordering. The shipping time lasts between 3-5 days within the EU and 14-16 days overseas. If a part of your order is not on stock, you will be immediately notified by email.
We send your ordered goods with DHL worldwide.
Minimum ordering amount
The minimum ordering amount is 49 Euros.
With returns please include the reason for you return so we can process your return as smoothly and quickly as possible. (Exchanges, money back, mistaken delivery, etc.)
Refund of a paid amount
The amount of the refunded goods will be credited to your credit card or paypal account.
Because our customers mean so much to us, we have extended the legally required period of 14 days for exchanges or total refunds up to 30 days.
When paying by credit card in our online shop, we guarantee the highest security standards by utilizing one of the most modern SSL encryption technology.
Payment by cash on delivery – ONLY within Germany: € 9.90
Payment by credit card or with PayPal – within Germany: € 6.00
Payment by credit card or with PayPal – within the EU or to Switzerland: € 8.90
Payment by credit card or with PayPal – outside of the EU: € 19.90
All orders sent with our logistic partner DHL are insured against damage and loss.
